The BanPrime app offers several features, including transactions, statements, balances, and transfers.

This document details how you, our client, must use the BanPrime app and the conditions governing the use of products and services offered. By becoming a BanPrime client, you agree to these terms. We recommend carefully reading this document before using our services.

Registration and Access

  • The BanPrime app is free to use. To access services, download the app from your smartphone’s store or visit https://www.BanPrime.com.br, create an account, and set a personal password.
  • Access may be done via biometrics or fingerprint, in addition to a password. BanPrime does not have access to biometric data stored on your device, except when directly registered within our services.
  • Provide complete and up-to-date registration information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data.
  • Your chosen display name must not contain offensive terms.
  • Your account is personal and non-transferable. Keep your password confidential. BanPrime will never request your password through other means.
  • The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
  • Minors may use specific services with proper authorization from their legal representative.

Third-Party Services

  • When using BanPrime, you may access third-party services. Review those third parties’ terms of use, as BanPrime is not responsible for them.
  • We always recommend that you review third-party terms before using their services.
  • Failure to accept third-party terms may limit access to certain services.
  • When sharing information on social networks, you must comply with the terms of those platforms.

Anti-Spam and Anti-Phishing Commitment

  • Do not open attachments or click on suspicious links in unofficial BanPrime communications.
  • Report fraud or irregularities through our official customer service channels.
  • It is forbidden to obtain data for advertising purposes without BanPrime’s consent.

Hyperlinks to BanPrime

  • Creating hyperlinks to BanPrime requires authorization and must follow specific conditions.
  • The hyperlink must grant access only to the authorized service.
  • Do not create frames over BanPrime’s services.
  • Do not make false or misleading statements about BanPrime.

Intellectual Property

  • Access to services is indefinite, but BanPrime may suspend or terminate your access at any time.

Limitation of Liability

  • BanPrime does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app.
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from access failures or misuse by third parties.

Procedures in Case of Unlawful Activities

General Provisions

  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Contract constitute the full agreement between you and BanPrime.
  • BanPrime may modify these Terms at any time, and you will always be notified of any changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the Central Court of Brasília, Federal District, shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this document.
