In compliance with CMN Resolution 4.859/2020, this channel is intended exclusively for receiving reports related to unlawful acts such as internal fraud, money laundering, corruption (according to the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law No. 12.846/2013 and other related laws), conflicts of interest, abusive telemarketing practices (in the offer of products and services), among other cases of misconduct involving BanPrime Bank employees, executives, and service providers.
Reports can be submitted anonymously or with identification. In all cases, we are committed to ensuring confidentiality and protecting the whistleblower’s identity. Anyone who, in good faith, reports or raises a complaint, suspicion, doubt, or concern regarding possible violations of the Institution’s guidelines will not suffer retaliation.
